ENA-4 Application

If you wish to attend the ENA-4 meeting in Sweden, 25th May (starting at 1pm) to the 27th May (finishing at 2pm), please submit the following form to make your application. It MAY be possible to receive funds (travel and accommodation) to attend this meeting, if you wish to apply for this please tick the funding box at the end of the form. However, funds are limited for this meeting and travel/accommodation funds are NOT guaranteed - please await confirmation of funds before booking travel - accommodation will be organised centrally.

Deadline for submitting this form is the 9th April.

After 9th April (and by 17th April latest) you will receive an e-mail stating EITHER:

a) You have applied for funds to attend the meeting. Your funding application has been approved and we have booked your accommodation.

b) You have applied for funds to attend the meeting. We regret your funding application was unsuccessful. Please inform us if you still wish to attend the meeting.

c) You have stated you do not need funds to attend this meeting. We confirm that your accommodation is booked.
